Workshops

What are workshops?

Workshops are a multi week program developed by Bridge of Hope ministries to meet specific needs within your church or community.  The workshops are 8 week programs for adults and 6 week programs for children.  Sessions are once per week.  We will provide a brief overview for the workshops below.

Understanding your Emotions

  • Draw with sand - Listen to music and ambient noises while drawing how they make you feel

  • Modeling clay - Mold and shape your goals or dreams while listening to a short story

  • T-Shirts - Decorate the back side of a shirt with fears and the front with who or what you want people to see about you

  • Collage - Make a vision board of your dreams or goals using magazing and newspaper cutouts
